Payment details are handled by the payment provider presented at checkout. We use transaction confirmations and relevant order and billing information to fulfil your purchase. Please do not send us payment card details or your Squarespace or Canva password by email.

We use personal information to process orders, deliver digital files and template access, send purchase-related messages, answer questions, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.

If you subscribe, we use your email to send the welcome offer, product updates and other SALT&CITRUS marketing emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential messages about your orders.

Our website uses Squarespace for hosting, store functionality, forms, contact storage, email tools and website analytics. We share the information needed to operate those services with Squarespace and with payment and email providers used to complete your order or respond to you.

Some forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and abuse. This involves processing technical information about your browser, device and interaction with the form. Website fonts may also be supplied through Google Fonts.
