All SALT&CITRUS products are digital, supplied as downloadable files or access to editable templates. No physical item will be shipped.

Once your files or template access have been provided, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges and refunds are not offered, except where required by applicable law.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing a digital product.

• You have reviewed the product description, included items and software requirements.

• Delivered digital files cannot be returned.

If you have trouble downloading or accessing your purchase, email saltcitruss@gmail.com with your order details. We’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
